Used to work great but has gone downhill.

This app worked great for years but now it does not update my balances regularly and I have to manually refresh them. It showed my gas bill as paid and $0 due but I was behind and got disconnected. It cost me $150 extra to get gas turned back on. I have never in my life had a utility disconnected until I trusted this app.
